Mrs. Mayfield

My name is Jamie Mayfield. This is my 7th year of teaching, but my 5th year teaching ELA at Hedrick Middle School.  

I love reading, spending time with my firefighter husband and our son Jackson (2 years old). We have 2 puppies Belle Starr, the boxer, and Riley the dachshund. I love crafting, scrapbooking, spending time with my friends, and did I mention READING? I am a total book-nerd at heart. 

I am passionate about my career and consider all my students to be "my kids".  I have high expectations for each of my students. "Never give up on me because I will NEVER give up on you!"

I love what I do and I can't wait to get to know you!
